Netsetgo begins on the 9th October at the Wandong Memorial Stadium at 5 30 pm.

Please wear runners with good grip, trackpants or shorts and a tshirt and jumper. Please have your hair tied back and bring a drink.

Sessions will run between 45 minutes and 1 hour and the program runs for 8 weeks, excluding the Melbourne Cup Weekend.
